This was the worst Burger King. When we were in line a oriental couple ahead on us left because of the staff being rude before they could even finish ordering. We ordered a sandwich meal with tea and a chicken tenders meal with 7-up and honey mustard. Onion rings were soggy. Tea tasted like watered down beer. When I went up to as for ONION RING SAUCE I asked “Genesis” she gave me the rudest face you can possibly give someone, rolled her eyes and walked to the back to start wiping something down without even saying a word to me but acknowledging she wasn’t having anything to do with my question by her facial expressions. Then I waited awhile and asked another guy. He said they didn’t have it. He spoke not very good English so I asked “horseradish Type sauce” and he said “IM TRYING TO TELL YOU NO” .... “we only have ....” and went through the only four sauces they have apparently. My chicken tenders tasted like any other burger Kings. They weren’t horrible and my 7-up atleast tasted like it should. But besides that the whole experience was awful. When I went back up to look at the desert menu because they have donuts that they don’t have in the states, Genesis stares at me the whole time with the most awful look on her face. Really tried to make this review as professional as possible but the best way I can describe her is just “resting stank face”. They really should atleast not have her working at the front counter and not able to stare down and scare away customers. These are a lot of tourists coming in here that like us, probably will make it a point to never come here again when we come back.

Be careful! You might get credit card fraud. My credit card worked in all other restaurants but at this Burger King it failed twice. The clerk took my card, swiped it and then flipped it. Maybe he wanted to read the security numbers. The he inserted it into the POS machine and hold it tight, didn't let it go. When I input the password he was staring at it. All was very strange and I didn't feel good. What's more. I ordered 1 combo meal and 1 sandwich. But he forced me to buy 2 combos. Food was also not as good as it was in US. French fries was cold like leftover from many hours ago.

Reading other reviews makes me recognise some lack of service for non Spanish speakers (lack of casual conversation) but you could tell the employees for late shift service had functional English but as expected its not their first language so casual conversation is hard. Service was good and friendly no problems with my credit card I will say that the fries are diffrent then the BK fries I'm used to in the states and that is no better or worse just different. I was very happy with the overall experience.
